Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how AdSync Intelligence (“AdSync”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use our website, dashboard, Chrome extension, and related services available at https://adsync-intelligence.app/ and https://extent-pro.web.app/ (the “Service”), including when you sign in with Google.

1. Who we are
AdSync Intelligence is the provider of the Service. For privacy inquiries, requests to access, correct, or delete personal data, or questions about this policy, email chatthasorn.k@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.
2. Scope
This policy applies to visitors and registered users of the Service, including users who authenticate with Google OAuth / Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication, users who create ad formulas, and users who purchase subscriptions or AI credits through Stripe.
3. Information we collect
We collect the categories of personal information listed below. We collect only what is reasonably necessary to operate AdSync Intelligence, authenticate you, provide features you request, process payments, and secure the Service.
3.1 Account and authentication data
- Email address
- Display name / profile name (if provided by Google or entered by you)
- Unique user identifier (Firebase Auth UID)
- Authentication tokens / session credentials required to keep you signed in
- Google account identifiers necessary to complete Google Sign-In (as permitted by Google and authorized by you on the consent screen)
3.2 Content you submit
- Product names, customer pain points, desired outcomes
- Ad captions, reel/video scripts, overlays, image prompts
- Saved formulas, vault/library items, organization names and settings
- Keywords or Lab preferences you choose to save
3.3 Usage, entitlements, and billing metadata
- Feature usage events needed to enforce plan limits (e.g. AI credit consumption)
- Subscription / plan status, checkout session references, invoice/payment status from Stripe
- We do not store full payment card numbers, CVC, or full bank account numbers
3.4 Technical and security data
- Approximate IP address, timestamps, request paths, user-agent, and error logs
- Basic device/browser information for security and debugging
- Essential cookies or local storage for session state and UI preferences (e.g. theme)
3.5 Information we do not collect for this Service
- We do not collect competitors’ Meta Ad Library primary text to resell or give you to copy
- We do not sell your personal information to data brokers
- We do not use Google user data for advertising or retargeting
4. How we use information
- Authenticate users and maintain secure sessions
- Provide the Formula workspace, AI generation/polish, exports, and private libraries
- Process subscriptions, AI credits, refunds, and customer support requests
- Detect abuse, secure the Service, and troubleshoot outages
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
- Communicate service-related notices (e.g. security or billing)
Legal bases (where applicable): performance of a contract with you (providing the Service you sign up for), our legitimate interests in securing and improving the Service, and compliance with legal obligations. Where consent is required (for example certain cookies or optional communications), we will ask for it and you may withdraw it.
4A. What we do with data from Google Sign-In specifically
When you choose “Sign in with Google”, Google shares basic profile information that you authorize (typically email address, name, and a unique Google account identifier). AdSync Intelligence uses that information solely to:
- Create or look up your AdSync user account
- Sign you into the dashboard and Chrome extension session
- Show your account email in the product UI
- Contact you about your account if you request support
We do not combine Google Sign-In data with data from third parties to create advertising profiles. We do not sell Google Sign-In data.
5. Google user data and Limited Use
AdSync Intelligence’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We use Google Sign-In data only to register/authenticate your AdSync account and operate the Service you request
- We do not sell Google user data
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except to infrastructure processors needed to run the Service, with your consent, or as required by law
- Human reading of Google user data is limited to cases such as security investigations, compliance, or when you explicitly request support and provide access
6. Sharing with service providers (processors)
We share personal data with vendors only as needed to operate the Service:
- Google Firebase — Authentication, Hosting, Cloud Functions, Firestore database
- Stripe — payment processing, checkout, customer billing portal
- Google Gemini API — when you request AI write/polish, the text you submit for generation may be sent to the model provider to return results
These processors may process data in the regions where they operate. They are authorized to use data only to provide services to us on our instructions, except as described in their own policies for security and legal compliance.
7. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies and/or local storage for authentication session state and user interface preferences such as light/dark theme. We do not place third-party advertising cookies on this Privacy Policy page. Analytics pixels (if enabled site-wide) are used for product analytics and marketing performance on marketing surfaces; you may control browser cookies via your browser settings.
8. Data retention and deletion
We retain account and library data for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing chatthasorn.k@gmail.com. We will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period after verifying the request, unless we must retain information for legal, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. You may revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions at any time. To exercise rights regarding AdSync data, contact chatthasorn.k@gmail.com.
10. Security
We use industry-standard measures appropriate to our Service, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), managed authentication via Firebase, and access controls on backend systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. International processing
Our infrastructure providers may process and store information in data centers outside Thailand, including locations used by Google Cloud / Firebase and Stripe. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations under the safeguards those providers offer.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top when we make material changes. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
